Wallman Super Gloss Enamel — High-Gloss Enamel in Karachi
Wallman Super Gloss Enamel is a high-gloss, durable enamel from Wallman Paints, a Pakistani manufacturer based in Karachi since 1983. Available at Saify Paint House, your authorized Wallman Paints dealer in Karachi, it delivers a brilliant shine on wood and metal surfaces.
Formulated for general finishing work, it is specified for doors, window frames, gates, grills, and furniture across residential and commercial projects throughout Karachi — a dependable, locally made enamel for everyday use.
Why Enamel Is the Only Real Option on Wood and Metal
Wall paint is not built for surfaces that get handled, knocked, and cleaned. Applied to a door frame or a metal grill, emulsion scuffs off within months and offers no real protection against moisture. Enamel exists because these surfaces need a film that cures genuinely hard, not one that simply dries.
That hardness protects on two fronts. On wood, it resists knocks, scratches, and the daily handling that doors and furniture take. On metal, the film forms a barrier against moisture — which in Karachi’s coastal, humid conditions is the difference between a grill that stays sound for years and one that corrodes from underneath within a season.
Gloss is also the most practical finish for surfaces that need regular cleaning. Marks and grime wipe straight off a gloss surface, which matters on handled items like doors and kitchen woodwork.
Super Gloss Enamel is Wallman’s general-purpose answer to this — a dependable, affordable enamel for the routine wood and metal work that makes up most enamel jobs: gates, grills, doors, and furniture where good protection matters more than showroom-level shine.

Surface Preparation & Application
Gloss reflects every flaw beneath it, so preparation determines the finished result more than the paint itself does.
On metal: remove all rust, scale, and loose material back to sound bright metal, then degrease thoroughly. Apply a rust-inhibiting primer before the enamel — Wallman Red Oxide Primer is the matching product in the range. Enamel over unprimed steel fails from corrosion beneath, regardless of how good the finish looks initially.
On wood: sand along the grain and remove all dust. Fill nail holes and defects with wood filler, allow to dry, and sand flush. Apply Wallman Synthetic Undercoat to seal bare timber and give the topcoat an even base.
On previously painted surfaces: remove loose and flaking material, then sand existing gloss to provide a key. Fresh enamel will not bond reliably to an unsanded glossy surface.
Stir thoroughly before use. Apply by brush, roller, or spray gun, thinning with the appropriate thinner as directed on the pack. Work in thin, even coats — thick application runs and sags on vertical surfaces and slows curing. Two coats give the best depth and durability. Allow full drying between coats. Clean equipment with the recommended thinner immediately after use.
