Surface Preparation & Application
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, loose material, and flaking paint. New plaster must cure fully before painting.
Ekotint recommends using its Wall Putty to smooth surfaces and its Primer Emulsion to improve adhesion and colour depth before the final coat. A matt finish hides small flaws, but a well-prepared wall still gives the best result.
Stir well before use and apply by brush or roller, following the thinning and coat guidance printed on the pack. Allow the recommended drying time between coats. Clean your tools straight after use.
