Ekotint Matt Enamel — Matt Enamel Paint in Karachi
Ekotint Matt Enamel is a matt enamel paint from Ekotint, available at Saify Paint House in DHA Karachi. Enamel is the type of paint made for wood and metal, and the matt version gives those surfaces a non-reflective finish.
Why Choose a Matt Enamel
Enamel is made for the surfaces that get handled, knocked, and cleaned, such as doors, frames, furniture, and metal fixtures. Wall emulsion is not, and it scuffs off those surfaces within months.
Choosing matt instead of gloss is a question of appearance. A matt surface reflects far less light, so small ridges, dents, and old repairs show less than they would under gloss. It also gives a quieter, more contemporary look, which suits rooms where high-shine doors would feel stark.
If you want a shiny finish instead, Ekotint Gloss Enamel is an oil-based, high-gloss enamel for wood, metal, and trim.

Surface Preparation & Application
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and flaking paint.
On metal: remove rust and loose material back to bright, sound metal, degrease, and apply a suitable rust-inhibiting primer before the enamel. Ask our team which primer to use.
On wood: sand along the grain, remove all dust, fill defects, and prime bare timber first.
On previously painted surfaces: remove loose paint and sand any existing gloss so the new coat can grip.
Stir well and apply in thin, even coats. Follow the thinning, coat count, drying time, and clean-up guidance printed on the pack.
