PU Road Marking (Comobel PU428R) is a premium-grade, aliphatic polyurethane recoatable finish formulated for traffic zones, industrial floors, and exterior surfaces exposed to abrasion, impact, and mild chemicals. Engineered for long-term performance, it delivers excellent flow, gloss retention, and recoatability—even after extended exposure.
Recommended for properly primed steel, galvanized iron, aluminum, masonry, tile, and metal roofing, this coating resists humidity, condensation, scratches, and splashes. It features a volume solids content of 46±2% and a theoretical coverage of 12.6 m²/Ltr/coat at 35 microns DFT.
Touch dry in 1 hour and dry to handle in 6 hours at 28°C, the coating reaches full cure in 7 days. Recoat interval ranges from 10 hours to 5 days. Application methods include brush, roller, conventional spray, and airless spray. It is compatible with Comobel PU424P sealer and requires GCI Comexs PU Thinner for dilution and cleanup.
PU Road Marking packaged in a 4-liter set (3.5L base + 0.5L activator), the product offers a pot life of 5 hours and a shelf life of 12 months. Surface preparation must meet Sa 2.5 blasting standards with a maximum profile of 100 microns. Do not apply below 7°C or above 85% humidity.
