Floor Coat Epoxy is a high-performance, epoxy-based finish formulated for industrial floors exposed to chemical, abrasive, and corrosive environments. Ideal for steel, concrete, wood, and galvanized surfaces, this two-pack system delivers a hard, glossy film that resists erosion, oil spillage, and limited chemical exposure—including aviation fuel (JP4).
Available in a wide range of colors including white, smoke grey, off-white, black, light blue, signal green, red, yellow, and clear, the coating offers a volume solids content of 50±2% and a theoretical coverage of 8–10 m²/Ltr/coat at 50 microns DFT. It dries to touch within 8–16 hours depending on temperature and cures fully in 7 days at 20°C.
Application methods include brush, roller, conventional spray, and airless spray. The product is compatible with epoxy primers and thinners and is packaged in both regular (4L) and mini (1L) kits. Surface preparation should meet Sa 2.5 blasting standards for steel and be clean, dry, and free of contaminants for all substrates.
Floor Coat Epoxy is suitable for use as a dust-proof floor sealant, though self-leveling epoxy systems are recommended for high-traffic flooring. It offers heat resistance up to 120°C and is ideal for industrial complexes, warehouses, and chemical processing areas.
