Chlorinated Rubber Paint is a high-performance, air-drying finish formulated for industrial surfaces requiring moisture resistance, chemical durability, and long-lasting gloss. This solvent-based coating cures at temperatures as low as –10°C and is suitable for use over chlorinated rubber, vinyl, and acrylic primers.
Recommended for steel, concrete, and previously coated substrates, it offers excellent water repellency, color retention, and resistance to mild chemical attack. Available in custom colors with a glossy finish, the coating features a volume solids content of approximately 38% and a theoretical coverage of 10.8 m²/Ltr/coat at 35 microns DFT.
Touch dry in 30 minutes and recoatable after 6 hours, the product has an unlimited overcoating window. Application methods include brush, roller, air spray, and airless spray. Thinner 21-06 is recommended, with dilution rates ranging from 0–10% depending on method.
Chlorinated Rubber Paint surface preparation requires a dry, clean substrate with temperature at least 3°C above dew point. Shelf life is 12 months.
